After graduating from the Power Engineering program at SAIT in 2016, Troy started his industry career the following year as a member of the building operations team at an international commercial real estate firm. He then moved on to serve as the Assistant Property Manager for two downtown Calgary office buildings comprising of approximately 50 tenants and 900,000 square feet.
Troy is passionate about all facets relating to commercial real estate and is currently pursuing his RPA designation through BOMI International.
When he’s not studying, Troy snowboards and golfs, plays hockey, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
