Scott Herman

Scott’s professional experience includes 20+ years as a real estate specialist with particular focus on asset management, sustainability, leasing, and project management. He joined Ronmor in 2020 from an international firm where he served as General Manager for 13 years in the Saskatoon, Vancouver and Calgary markets.

Scott is highly-focused on delivering first-class tenant experiences and this is evidenced by being the recipient of one of only ten North American winners of his previous firms’ Excellence Award in 2010. He was also responsible for developing an AAA-class service platform for a 31-storey office tower in downtown Vancouver.

Scott holds the professional designations of Real Property Administrator and LEED Accredited Professional with Specialty (ID+C).
