Jay has more than 20 years of real estate and construction experience. Before joining Ronmor, he was a surety bond underwriter as well as the financial analyst and development manager with a major residential land developer in Calgary.
Jay has extensive experience in valuation work and project financing as well as planning, engineering, and construction management.
He is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge with a major in Finance, possesses an ACSB (Associate in Canadian Surety Bonding) designation, and passed the Level II CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam.
